Saturday: Single-hop IPA release, live music

Substitute

This Saturday we’re releasing Substitute, the first in our single-hop IPA series. Named after a song by The Who, we brewed this one with lots of Centennial hops, which means it’s packed with citrusy, floral flavor. Doors at 724 Honeyspot Road open at 1 pm. We’ll also have live music from SuperNeutral starting at 6 pm. Mug club members will get $1 off their first pint of this new release!

On Sunday, Craft 260 in Fairfield is having a cask fest, where we’ll have casks of Substitute with habanero peppers and of our Belgian tripel, Divine Thing, aged on oak chips.
