What the heck is Pound & Pour? It’s a music and movement workout, a full-body cardio jam session that combines light resistance with constant simulated drumming. It fuses cardio, Pilates, strength movements, and plyometrics and isometrics poses. You’ll use light weight drum sticks called Ripstix to become a calorie-torching drummer, POUNDing off pounds as each song goes by.
